The Morgan Power Resistor Harness Belt is a partner resistance trainer for sprint starts, acceleration drills and running power. The athlete wears the nylon H harness and drives forward while a partner holds the 3m strap and controls the resistance from behind.
The long strap gives the partner room to work and plenty of leverage, so the drill builds leg drive for the runner while working the upper body and grip of the person holding on. A padded double handgrip handle gives the partner two hand positions, and a steel D-ring connects the strap to the harness.

How is it different from the short version?
This one has a 3m strap, so the partner stands well back and has room to apply and ease off resistance through the whole run. The Power Resistor Harness Belt (Short) keeps the trainer close behind the athlete for tighter, controlled resistance.
Can I use it on my own?
It's designed for partner work: one athlete wears the harness and a partner holds the strap. For solo resisted work, see our Power Sleds & Harness range.
Where should we use it?
On grass, a running track or an indoor turf lane with enough clear space for both the runner and the partner. Start with short efforts and light resistance, then build up.
How do I look after it?
Let it dry fully after use on wet grass and store it out of direct sunlight to protect the nylon webbing.
