The Morgan Heavy Duty Spring fits into your punch bag's swivel and chain layout and gives the bag a slight bounce when you hit it. That extra movement makes the bag react more like a training partner, so sessions feel more realistic than on a dead-hanging bag.
It is made from high-quality, stress-resistant treated steel with heavyweight bearing end hooks, so it works as a load-bearing link in your hanging setup. As well as punch bags, it suits floor-to-ceiling balls and can be used as an attachment on a boxing ring.

Where does it go in my setup?
Fit it as a link in your swivel and chain layout, between the hanging point and the bag chains. Pair it with a Morgan V2 Punch Bag Chains & Swivel set and hang from a rated point such as the Morgan DLX Rotational Hanging Hook. Use a snap hook carabiner as a safety lock.
Can I use it with a floor-to-ceiling ball?
Yes. Morgan notes the hooks work well with floor-to-ceiling balls as well as punch bags, and the spring can also be used as an attachment on a boxing ring.
