The Morgan 3ft Platinum Tackle Bag is a mini-size stand-up and takedown tackle bag for Mini and Junior football. At about 95cm tall it suits younger kids who are still learning safe, correct tackling technique, and Morgan's Platinum tackle bags are used by many league clubs across Australia.
It's filled with one-piece Australian-made open cell foam in a low-to-medium density, so it gives a dense but cushioned impact when tackled rather than the overly hard landing of some cheaper imported bags. A 950D ripstop vinyl cover resists tearing and splitting season after season, nylon webbed handles on each side make it easy to carry and hold, and a reinforced drag flap protects the base when it's pulled between drills.

What age group is the 3ft bag for?
It's the mini size, designed for Mini and Junior football. Older juniors usually move up to the 4ft bag, and seniors to the 5ft.
How firm is it?
It uses low-to-medium density open cell foam, so it gives a cushioned but solid hit that suits kids still learning to tackle.
Can it be held like a shield?
Yes. The rear nylon strap handles let a coach hold it upright like a bump shield for warm-ups, tackling, grappling and bumping drills.
Can I drag it across the field?
Yes. The base has a reinforced double-layer drag flap that takes the wear when the bag is pulled between drills, protecting the main cover from scuffs and tears.
