Wood or ABS?
Wood grips beautifully with chalk and is the competition feel; ABS suits outdoor rigs and wet weather.
What do the strap indicators do?
Numbered markings get both rings level in seconds - no eyeballing between sets.
What can I train?
Rows, dips, push-ups, muscle-ups, levers and support holds.
