A high-quality PVC cover with double stitching on every seam takes repeated wall impact, and a rubber fill (not sand) keeps the ball soft enough to catch at pace without punishing your hands.

Every weight from 3kg to 10kg shares the same 30cm body and is colour-coded with large printed numerals, so your catch position never changes as the weight goes up and the right ball is easy to spot from across the gym floor.

Wall Ball, Medicine Ball or Slam Ball?

• Wall Ball (this ball) - big, soft and made to be caught: wall shots, chest throws and partner passes
• Rubber Medicine Balls - 1kg to 10kg in textured rubber with a live bounce, for rebound throws, partner work and core circuits
• Slam Balls - 2kg to 45kg with a sand-filled, no-bounce core and tyre-tread rubber shell, dead on landing for maximum-effort floor slams

If the ball comes back to you, it's a wall ball job. Most training floors run all three.

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It does not cover wear and tear from normal training use, such as scuffing of the cover. Frequently Asked Questions

Which weight should I start with?
The classic class standards are 6kg for women and 9kg for men on wall shots. Go a size lighter if you're new to squat-and-press work, and heavier for low-rep power throws.

Can I slam a wall ball?
It's built to be thrown and caught. For repeated floor slams, use a slam ball - its sand-filled, no-bounce core is made to hit the ground and stay there.

Will it damage my wall?
No more than a few scuff marks on painted surfaces - the soft fill spreads the impact. Brick, concrete and plywood targets handle it well.

What's inside?
A rubber fill rather than sand, inside a double-stitched PVC cover - the same 30cm size at every weight.

Are the weights easy to tell apart?
Yes - each weight is colour-coded with a large printed numeral, so the right ball is easy to grab mid-class.
