Dual-Density Boil-and-Bite Mouthguard with Front Shock Bumper and Rear Drainage Channels

The DTX Mouthguard is a multi-layer EVA polymer guard built for grappling and striking. It uses two materials in two colours, with reinforced shock-absorbing zones at the front and in the molar area and a shock bumper across the front.

It's a boil-and-bite guard you can re-mould if the first fit isn't right. Saliva drainage channels at the rear help with breathing and keep the guard drier, so it suits MMA, BJJ, judo, boxing, lacrosse and basketball.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I fit it?
Read the instructions in the pack first, as heating times vary between guards. As a general guide: bring water to the boil and take it off the heat, dip the guard in for the time stated, lift it out and let the excess water drain for a few seconds. Place it over your top teeth, bite down firmly and press it against your teeth and gums with your tongue and fingers while sucking out air and water. Hold for the time stated, then set it in cold water. Never boil the guard on the stove or put it in your mouth straight from the water.

Can I re-mould it?
Yes, the DTX can be re-heated and re-fitted if the first fit isn't right. Follow the same steps and the timing in the pack, and don't over-heat it.

Is it good for grappling?
It's designed with BJJ, judo and MMA in mind. The rear drainage channels help you breathe during long exchanges on the mat.

How do I look after it?
Rinse it in cool water after every session, let it air-dry and store it in a ventilated case. Keep it out of hot water, direct sun and hot cars, which can distort the fit. Our Clear Mouthguard Case has vent holes for drying.
