Package 16 is the drop-friendly home gym in one order: adjustable squat stands with spotter catch bars, a commercial-grade FID bench, our 700lb-rated Olympic barbell, and your choice of 60kg or 80kg of Reload EPDM bumper plates with spring collars to lock it all down. Squat, bench, press and pull from day one - on plates that are built to be dropped.

The squat stands are a pair of independent, height-adjustable uprights (approx. 104-168cm) with H-frame bases, non-slip rubber end caps and spotter catch bars - rated to 120kg and easy to set up or pack away.
The bench is the Reload V2 Commercial Grade Bench - a fully adjustable FID bench running flat through 85° of incline plus a decline setting with front leg roller support, high-density padding in commercial vinyl on a matte black frame, rated to a 180kg max user weight.
The barbell is our Harden Chrome 700lb workhorse - full 2.2m Olympic length, 195,000 PSI tensile strength steel, 4 bearings per sleeve, precision knurl with no centre knurl.
The plates are Reload HD EPDM bumpers - dense, low-bounce rubber built to be dropped, with a 50mm Olympic bore.

60kg or 80kg of bumpers?
The 60kg option (5/10/15kg pairs) suits new lifters with finer loading jumps. The 80kg option swaps the 10s for full-size 20kg pairs - better value per kilo and more headroom as your lifts grow. Either way you can add pairs later from 5kg to 25kg.
Can I drop the bar on these plates?
Yes - that's the point of bumpers. Reload HD EPDM plates are dense, low-bounce rubber designed for deadlifts and overhead work being dropped. We still recommend rubber gym flooring under the lifting area to protect your slab and keep the noise down.
Is this a full power cage?
No - it's a pair of adjustable squat stands with spotter catch bars, which is what makes the package affordable and easy to fit in a garage. If you want fixed safeties and a heavier rack for big squats, step up to Package 2 with a commercial power cage.
Are the components the same as sold separately?
Yes - every item is the identical standalone product, and the package is priced below buying the components separately, with the collars included.
What can I train with this setup?
Squats, bench press (flat, incline and decline), overhead press, deadlifts, rows, rack pulls and accessory work - the complete barbell foundation.
What warranty does the package carry?
The barbell carries 2 years structural warranty for home use (1 year commercial) plus 12 months on bearings; the bench carries 3 years on the frame and 12 months on upholstery and moving parts (6 months on wear items); the rack, plates and collars carry 12 months.
