The Fitness Hero Adjustable Dumbbell replaces a full rack with one handle: turn the dial at the end and it picks up exactly the plates you asked for, from 5kg up to a serious 40kg. The heavy single is the tool for one-arm rows, presses, carries and goblet work — or the first half of a pair you finish later.

The dumbbell lifts from its own caddie, which holds the unused plates in order and makes every weight change a drop-and-dial.

Single or pair?
Single for one-arm training or a staged budget — add the second later. Pressing and rowing two-handed from day one? The 40kg pair works out cheaper than two singles.

Do I really need 40kg?
If your one-arm rows are already past 24kg, yes — you'd outgrow the smaller set within months. Lighter trainers get the same system with a gentler ladder in the 24kg single.
