This 15mm soft hanging mat is built for comfort-first floor work: Pilates, yoga, stretching, rehab and core training where knees, hips and spine need extra cushioning. The Morgan mat is made from ultra-soft NBR foam (17 Shore A), noticeably softer than a standard 10mm exercise mat, with a star flower texture on top for grip and a smoother base.

Two hanging eyelets set 50cm apart let you hang mats on a wall rack between sessions, keeping studios tidy and letting mats air-dry. Mats are supplied flat, so they're ready to use and hang straight away with no curl to wait out.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from a standard exercise mat?
It's thicker (15mm) and much softer (17 Shore A), so it's more comfortable for kneeling, lying and rehab work. If you want a longer, firmer mat for general training, see the Premium Hanging Exercise Mat (1.8m x 10mm).

How do I store it?
Hang it by the eyelets on the Exercise Mat Storage Rack, which holds up to 10 mats, or lay it flat. Avoid rolling it tightly for long periods.

How do I clean it?
Wipe down with a mild detergent after use and let it air dry fully before hanging. Keep it indoors and out of direct sunlight.
