This 28” width, D-grip angled ends lat bar will maximise and physiologically correct your lat isolation movement. The extra inner grips allows this bar to be used for triceps pushdowns and bicep curl and close grip rows and pulldown workouts.

The smooth moving centre swivel ensures an uninterrupted motions and is gentle on your wrists.

D-grip Lat handle offers the versatility of both a narrow grip pushdowns for triceps, pronated wide grip lat pull downs, and pronated wide grip seated rows, supinated grip lat pulldowns, supinated bio-grip seated rows as well as neutral grip. With this bar you can perform wide hammer grip rows and pulldowns.
