The Synergy Adjustable Cable Crossover Pro-X is the cable station a commercial floor is built around: two independent 80kg pin-loaded stacks, two height-adjustable pulleys, and a wide 4.14m frame that gives users room to step through the middle for full crossover flys.

Set the pulleys high for crossovers and pushdowns, low for curls, raises and upward flys, or anywhere in between for rows, face pulls, woodchops and single-arm work. An integrated multi-grip pull-up bar across the top adds vertical pulling to the same footprint - and with two stacks, two members can train at once.

Built on 11-gauge commercial steel at 330kg with a powder-coated finish, it's made for all-day use in busy gyms.

What exercises can I do on it?
Cable crossovers and flys at any angle, tricep pushdowns, bicep curls, lateral and front raises, rows, face pulls, woodchops, pull-throughs, kickbacks and pull-ups - basically every cable movement in the book.

Cable crossover vs functional trainer - what's the difference?

How much space and ceiling height do I need?
The frame is 4140 x 1030mm and stands 2300mm tall. Allow extra ceiling clearance above the pull-up bar for chin-ups and room in front for users to step through.

Can I upgrade the weight stacks?
Yes - on made-to-order builds each 80kg stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
