The cable crossover is the most versatile machine on any gym floor, and the Synergy Series builds it to commercial scale: dual height-adjustable pulley arms running off two independent 80kg pin-loaded weight stacks, on a 3.86m span of heavy-gauge steel with an integrated multi-grip pull-up bar across the top. Chest flies, rows, pushdowns, curls, face pulls, lateral raises, core rotation - two members training at once, every angle covered.

Pulleys adjust through the full column height for high-to-low, low-to-high and everything between, with 5kg increments for smooth progression and a set of handle attachments included out of the box.

Q: What exercises can I perform on this machine?
A: Chest flies, cable rows, triceps pushdowns, bicep curls, face pulls, lateral raises, woodchops and core work, pull-ups on the integrated bar - and with dual stacks, two people can train at once.

Q: Can I adjust the height of the pulleys?
A: Yes - both pulley arms adjust through the full column height for complete exercise variety, high-to-low and low-to-high.

Q: Can the weight stacks be increased?
A: Yes - our pin-loaded machines can generally be upgraded to around 140kg per stack at $10 per additional kg. Contact us before ordering to arrange heavier stacks.

Q: Will it fit my space and ceiling?
A: The frame spans 386cm wide x 71.5cm deep and stands 227cm tall - it fits under a standard 2.4m ceiling. Allow working room in front for flies and rotational work.

Q: What colour does it come in?
A: In-stock units ship in Matte Black as pictured. For gym fit-outs, custom frame colours are available on request - contact us to discuss options.
