Flexible Equipment Financing From Fitness Hero with GRENKETwo-Piece Black PVC Sauna Suit with Hood and Elasticated Cuffs | Medium or Large
The Morgan Sweat Sauna Suit is a two-piece PVC jacket and trouser set that holds in body heat while you train, so you sweat more during your session. Fighters use it as part of a supervised weight cut, and bodybuilders use it in the final stage of contest prep.
The suit is made from thick black PVC with a high-wear PVC inner lining. Elasticated inserts at the wrists and ankles keep the heat in and make the suit easy to pull on and off, and the attached hood covers your head. Medium suits people up to 70kg and Large suits 70kg to 100kg. Any weight lost through sweating is water, so rehydrate properly after every session.

Which size should I choose?
Choose by body weight. Medium is designed for people up to 70kg and Large for 70kg to 100kg. If you're near 70kg and prefer a looser fit for layering, choose Large.
Is a sauna suit safe to use?
Use it with care. Training in a sauna suit raises your body temperature and fluid loss quickly. Drink water before and after, keep sessions short, stop if you feel dizzy or unwell, and check with a doctor or qualified coach before using it for a weight cut.
Will it help me lose fat?
No. The suit makes you sweat more, and the weight you lose is mostly water that returns once you rehydrate. It's a short-term tool for making weight, not a fat-loss product.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the inside and outside with a damp cloth and mild soap after each use, then hang it inside out to dry fully. Don't machine wash, tumble dry or iron it.
