Warranty

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects — rope wear from skipping on abrasive outdoor surfaces isn't covered. Our goods also come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For full terms, see our Warranty Policy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is 3m the right length for me?
3m gives generous headroom — it suits taller users straight away, and most skippers run a touch of extra length for double-unders and crossovers rather than cutting it fine.

Will it survive concrete?
PVC handles outdoor surfaces far better than cable ropes, but any rope wears faster on rough concrete — skip on a mat or smooth floor to make it last.
