Frequently Asked Questions

What plates fit this bar?
Standard weight plates with a 30mm-or-larger centre hole. 50mm Olympic plates do not fit, and plates bored for 25mm or 28mm bars won't slide over the 30mm sleeves — check your plate bore before ordering.

Are collars included?
No — collars are sold separately.

Is this the same as a foam-grip pump bar?
No — this is the knurled steel version. If you want the padded foam grip for pump classes, look for our foam pump set bars instead.
