The 28mm shaft takes all standard weight plates, and the threaded sleeve ends with spinlock star collars and rubber rings keep plates locked on through every set — no separate collars to buy.

The soft knurl gives you a firm grip without tearing your hands, and the generous 142cm grip length leaves room for wide-grip pressing and rowing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Standard or Olympic — which do I have?
Check your plates: standard plates have a ~28mm centre hole and fit this bar; Olympic plates have a 50mm hole and need an Olympic bar with 50mm sleeves. If you're building around bumper plates or a rack setup, our Olympic Barbells are the step up.

Is 140kg enough?
For home training with standard plates, comfortably — most standard plate collections top out well under that. Lifters pushing heavier should move to an Olympic bar, which is built for it.

Do the collars come with it?
Yes — spinlock star collars with rubber rings are included, threading onto the sleeve ends so plates can't walk off mid-set.
