    Our Spotter Arms | Commercial Grade 75mm [PAIR] come with UHMW shielding can be utilized inside or outside of your rack for versatile functionality. Avoid being trapped while bench pressing or lunging forward after a missed squat. Safety Spotter Arms provide confidence and secure lifts when working with substantial weights and/or training solo.

    IMPORTANT: The Spotter Arms ONLY fit upright tubing dimensions of 75mm x 75mm with 1 inch (2.5cm) holes.
