The Solaris Olympic Incline Bench Press Station is the incline barbell press done properly: a fixed incline back pad with its own integrated bar rack, so the upper-chest work isn't waiting on an adjustable bench and a spare rack. Set up, unrack, press, re-rack - and the next lifter steps in.

Each upright carries two J-hook heights so different arm lengths get a clean unrack, and a spotter platform behind the bench puts a training partner at the right height to help on the last rep. The seat pad keeps the lifter locked into the incline, and four Olympic plate horns - two behind each upright - keep the loading plates at the station instead of on the floor.

Built from commercial-grade steel at 93kg with a powder-coated finish and high-density foam pads, it's planted under heavy pressing and made for years of daily use.

Key Features

  • Fixed incline bench with integrated rack: a dedicated upper-chest station - no adjustable-bench-in-a-rack compromise.
  • Two J-hook heights per upright: a clean unrack for different arm lengths and pressing styles.
  • Spotter platform: a textured step behind the bench for safe, controlled assistance on heavy sets.
  • Seat pad: stops the lifter sliding down the incline under load.
  • 4 Olympic plate storage horns: two behind each upright, keeping plates loaded and off the floor.
  • 93kg commercial steel frame: stable under max-effort presses, with protective floor feet.
  • Powder-coated finish: 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours available on made-to-order builds.

FAQs

What muscles does the incline bench press work?
Mainly the upper chest (clavicular head of the pecs), with the front delts and triceps doing the assisting. The fixed incline keeps every rep on the same angle, which is what a dedicated station is for.

Is the incline adjustable?
No - the back pad is fixed at its incline angle for a stable, dedicated pressing station. For flat and decline pressing see the Solaris Olympic Flat Bench Press and Solaris Olympic Decline Bench Press, or for a multi-height rack that takes an adjustable bench, the Solaris Olympic Super Rack.

Does it fit a standard Olympic barbell?
Yes - it's built for a standard 7ft (2.2m) Olympic bar. Bar and plates are sold separately - see our Olympic barbells and Olympic weight plates.

What's the spotter platform for?
It's a textured step behind the bench that raises the spotter to bar height, so they can assist a heavy rep with straight arms and a stable stance rather than reaching from the floor.

Where do the plates go?
Four Olympic (50mm) plate horns, two behind each upright, so the loading plates stay at the station and off the floor.

Does it need to be bolted down?
At 93kg it's stable free-standing for normal use. If your facility requires floor anchoring, ask us before ordering and we'll advise on the best approach for your site.

Can I customise the frame and upholstery?
Yes - made-to-order builds are available in 16 frame colours and 12 upholstery colours on an 8-12 week lead time. See the full colour chart below.

Do you offer delivery and installation?
Yes - Australia-wide delivery, with professional installation through our own technician team in Sydney. Contact us to discuss freight access and site requirements.
