FAQs

Do these machines need to be plugged in?
No - none of them needs a power point. The rower's console generates its own power as you row; the SkiErg Magnetic and the air bike need only console batteries. Position the zone anywhere.

Why these three machines together?
They cover the three movement patterns conditioning circuits are built on: the seated pull (rower), the standing downward pull (ski) and the full-body push-pull sprint (bike). Rotating between them works the whole body while spreading the load - the standard row-ski-bike format used in functional gyms everywhere.

How much space do I need?
In use: the rower runs 235cm x 45cm, the SkiErg 126cm x 59cm on its free-standing platform (219cm tall - clears a 2.4m ceiling), and the bike 129cm x 59cm. Between sessions the rower folds upright and the bike rolls away on its wheels - a single parking-space corner runs the whole zone.

Why the magnetic SkiErg in this package?
Control and silence. The 20 lever-set levels hold the same load at any stroke speed - repeatable intervals, honest progress tracking - and magnetic braking is near-silent, so the ski station trains at hours and in spaces a fan machine can't.

Are they suitable for commercial use?
The SkiErg Magnetic and XF50 air bike are commercial-grade machines at home on high-traffic floors. The F600 rower is specified for home use - if you're outfitting a commercial floor, contact us and we'll build the same package around a commercial-rated rower.

What flooring should go under cardio machines?
