Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to plug this rower in?
No — the console is self-generating and powers itself as you row, so there's no cord or battery to worry about.

How does the resistance work?
The F600 combines wind resistance with a 16-level magnetic control system — you get the natural airflow feel of a fan rower, but with precise, repeatable levels you can set from the console or wirelessly from the handle mid-stroke.

How much space do I need?
In use the rower is 235cm long — allow clearance behind the seat for the full stroke. Folded, it stands upright on a 130cm x 45cm footprint and rolls away on its front wheels.

What is the maximum user weight?
The F600 is rated to a maximum user weight of 150kg.

Can I track my heart rate while rowing?
Yes — the console is compatible with an optional wireless heart rate chest strap, sold separately.

How does the F600 compare to the Reload Pro X Air Rower?
The F600 gives you 16 precise wind + magnetic resistance levels adjusted from the handle, and folds upright for storage. The Reload Pro X Air Rower runs pure infinite air resistance that scales with your effort, separates into pieces for storage, and carries a higher 227kg user rating. Interval programmers tend toward the F600; all-out effort scaling suits the Pro X.
