Will it fit my machine?
Yes - the hanger fits any standard cable machine, functional trainer or lat pulldown station with a carabiner or snap hook.
Why neutral grips?
Palms-facing pulling keeps shoulders externally rotated and wrists straight - the pain-free alternative when straight-bar pulldowns flare things up.
How do I look after it?
Wipe down after use and keep the hanger clipped off the floor - the chrome finish does the rest.
