Standing vs seated calf raise - what's the difference?
Knee position decides the muscle. Standing straight-leg raises like this one bias the gastrocnemius - the visible upper calf. Seated bent-knee raises shift the load to the deeper soleus. Complete calf development uses both; this is the heavy, growth-driving half.

Why do calves need a machine at all?
Because they carry your bodyweight all day, calves only respond to loads well beyond it - loads that are awkward and unstable to hold in a dumbbell raise. The shoulder-pad design puts serious weight through the calves safely, with a guided path and a full stretch.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
