The HS-X Prone Leg Curl is the classic hamstring station: lie face-down, hook the heels under the rollers, and curl against the 96kg pin stack. With the hips extended flat on the pad, the movement runs stretch-to-squeeze through the full range - the version generations of lifters have built their hamstrings on.

The prone position gives the curl a different feel to its seated sibling: the body stays anchored by its own weight, the hips press into the angled pad to stop cheating, and the peak contraction at the top is unmistakable. Adjustable rollers fit every leg length in seconds.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 219kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the leg-day staple that never goes out of style.

Prone vs seated leg curl - which should I choose?
Both isolate the hamstrings; the difference is hip angle. The prone version trains them with hips extended - the position hamstrings work in during sprinting - with a distinct peak-contraction squeeze at the top. The seated version works them with hips flexed, at longer muscle lengths. Complete programs and big floors run both; if your members love the classic curl feel, this is it.

What muscles does it work?
The hamstrings, isolated - with the calves assisting slightly as the knee bends.

Is it beginner-friendly?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
