The HS-X Seated Leg Curl is the everyday hamstring station: sit down, set the pads, curl. The upright seated position locks the hips in place so the hamstrings do all the work - no swing, no lower-back involvement - and the fixed path makes it one of the easiest machines on the floor to use well.

Seven back pad positions fit every leg length on the floor, and the oversized rollers spread the load comfortably across the shin and thigh through heavy sets. The 96kg pin-loaded stack changes resistance with one pin - warm-up light to working-set heavy in seconds.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 252kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's made for commercial leg-day volume.

Seated leg curl vs prone leg curl - which should I choose?
Both isolate the hamstrings; the difference is the hip angle. The seated position trains the hamstrings with hips flexed - which research suggests works them at longer muscle lengths - and it's faster to get into for general members. The prone version biases the stretch differently. Big floors run both; if you're picking one everyday station, the seated curl is the accessible choice.

What muscles does it work?
The hamstrings, isolated - with the calves assisting slightly as the knee bends.

Is it beginner-friendly?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
