The Reload Raptor XL is a professional-grade free standing punch bag that gives you full-height striking without drilling a bracket into anything. At 1.83m tall with a low-rebound design, it takes punches, elbows, knees and kicks from one or two athletes at once — built for boxing and martial arts facilities, commercial fitness centres and serious home setups.

The striking column is high-density PE foam (118cm tall, 26cm across) under a durable canvas and vinyl cover, and a PVC shock absorber in the core soaks up impact, cutting sway and noise. The professional-grade base — 50cm wide, 32cm tall — holds up to 50kg of water or 75kg of sand, with 25 suction cups gripping the floor so the bag stays where you put it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Water or sand in the base?
Sand — at 75kg it's half again heavier than a water fill and the bag barely moves under full-power kicks. Water (50kg) is fine for boxing-focused use and quicker to empty if the bag relocates.

Will it slide or tip?
Filled with sand on smooth flooring, no — the 25 suction cups grip the floor and the shock-absorbing core kills most sway before it reaches the base. On rubber gym tiles the cups grip less, so go the full sand fill.

Can I move it once it's filled?
It's a 2–3 person lift — and don't tilt or roll a filled base, that's how bases crack. If it'll move often, fill with water and empty it first.

Is it suitable for apartments?
More than a hanging bag — no mounting, and the shock absorber plus suction cups cut the noise and floor transfer that annoy neighbours. Pair it with rubber flooring under the base for best results.
