The Reload 3-in-1 Smith Machine is an all-in-one commercial-grade strength training station combining a smooth linear Smith system, a high pulley lat pulldown, and a low pulley seated row station. Engineered with a heavy-duty 60 x 60 x 2mm gauge steel frame, this unit offers durability, safety and space-efficient functionality — perfect for PT studios, boutique gyms or premium home set-ups.

The guided Smith bar provides a secure vertical lifting path, while the included J-hooks and spotter arms allow for free barbell use in the front rack. With built-in weight horns, cable attachments and commercial pulleys, this is a complete multi-station training system.

FAQs

Is a barbell included?
The guided Smith bar is built into the machine (rated to 300kg). A separate free-weight Olympic barbell for the front rack and vertical holders is sold separately — add one to your order with plates and we'll freight everything together.

How do the cable stations load?
The lat pulldown and low row load with Olympic plates on the cable carriage — no weight stack to outgrow. Plates are sold separately.

How much ceiling height do I need?
The frame stands approximately 217cm tall, clearing a standard 2.4m ceiling — allow extra clearance above if you'll use the pull-up bar.

How is this different from the Pro Series Max HD?
This 3-in-1 is the plate-loaded station — Smith, lat pulldown and low row in a leaner footprint. The Max HD steps up to dual 100kg weight stacks, a full functional trainer and torsonator attachments. Pick the 3-in-1 for value and footprint; the Max HD for the complete cable gym.
