The HS-X Multi Hip & Glute is the standing swing-arm station that covers the entire hip from one 96kg stack: rotate the padded arm and the same machine trains hip extension - the loaded glute kickback - plus hip flexion, abduction and adduction. One station, every direction the hip moves.

The standing position is what glute-focused members want: driving the leg back against the roller loads the glutes through a full, standing range - the machine version of the kickback - while the swing arm repositions in seconds for the front, inner and outer hip. The adjustable pivot and support handles line up users of every height.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 240kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the single most versatile hip station on a commercial floor - and a queue-magnet on glute day.

What can I actually do on a multi hip machine?
Four movements, one arm: drive the leg back for loaded glute kickbacks, lift it forward for hip flexion, push it outward for abduction, and pull it inward for adduction. Rotate the swing arm between them in seconds.

Is this good for glute training?
It's built for it - the standing hip extension is the machine version of the cable kickback, with a guided path and a pin stack that loads far heavier than ankle cuffs. Most floors position it as the glute station first, with the other three movements as the bonus.

Why train the hips in every direction?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
