The HS-X Leg Extension is the quad-isolation standard: sit back, hook the shins under the roller, and extend against the 96kg pin stack. The centre-pivot design lines the machine's axis up with the knee joint, so resistance tracks the leg through the whole arc - smooth at the bottom, brutal at the squeeze.

It's the machine that finishes what squats start: full knee extension under load, the terminal range squats never reach, with adjustable seat and roller positions that fit every leg length in seconds. Light pins make it a knee-friendly rehab tool; the full stack makes it a quad-day finisher.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 236kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather - the quad station every leg line is built around.

Why does the centre pivot matter?
When the machine's pivot lines up with your knee joint, the roller tracks your shin's natural arc - resistance stays even, the knee stays happy, and no range gets wasted fighting the machine's geometry.

Leg extension vs squats - do I need both?
They do different jobs. Squats load the quads with everything else assisting; the extension isolates them completely - including the last degrees of knee extension squats never train under load. Most programs use both: compound for mass, extension for the squeeze and the detail.

Is it beginner and rehab friendly?
Yes - seated, guided and adjustable, with a stack that starts light. Anyone training around a knee injury should follow their practitioner's guidance.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 96kg + 4.6kg stack can be increased to 117kg + 4.6kg or 138kg + 4.6kg at $10 per extra kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
