The HS-X Fixed Pulldown takes the guesswork out of the gym's most important back movement: fixed movement arms on a guided arc replace the swinging bar, so every rep tracks the same clean line into the lats. Sit down, lock the thighs under the pads, grip and pull - the 96kg pin stack does the rest.

Because the path is fixed, there's no bar to stabilise and no momentum to cheat with - beginners learn the pulldown pattern in one session, and experienced lifters load it heavier than a cable allows with total control. The ergonomic handle grips keep wrists and elbows comfortable through high-volume back days.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 228kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the strict vertical pull every back line is anchored by.

Fixed pulldown vs cable lat pulldown?
The cable version swings free - more variation, more skill needed. The fixed arms run a guided arc, so there's nothing to stabilise: beginners get the pattern immediately, and heavy sets stay strict with no momentum. Big floors run both; if you're picking the one members use best unsupervised, it's this.

Is it beginner-friendly?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
