The HS-X Lat Low Row owns the horizontal pull: a seated, pin-loaded rowing station that builds the mid-back thickness - lats, rhomboids and mid-traps - that pressing-heavy programs and desk-heavy lives both leave behind. Row strong and posture follows.

The seated, guided path is what makes it strict: the load stays on the back muscles instead of drifting into lower-back fatigue and body-english the way heavy bent-over rows do. Members of every level can pull hard, safely, from the first session - and the 96kg pin stack changes load with one pin.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 230kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the row station a commercial back line is built around.

What does a low row train?
The horizontal pulling muscles: lats, rhomboids and mid-traps, with rear delts and biceps assisting. It's the movement that builds back thickness - and the direct antidote to rounded, desk-and-bench-press posture.

Low row vs lat pulldown - what's the difference?
The pulldown is a vertical pull (width); the row is a horizontal pull (thickness). A complete back program uses both. If you want the pair on one footprint, our HS-X Lat Pulldown / Low Row combines them at the same price - this machine is the dedicated row for floors that want a standalone station.

Why a machine row over a barbell row?
The seated, guided path takes the lower back and momentum out of the movement, so the target muscles do the work every rep - and members can row heavy without a coach watching their hinge.

Can I upgrade the weight stack?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
