How does it work?
Hook the jack under the bar, lever it back, and the sleeve lifts clear of the floor - swap plates with zero fight.
Does it work with bumpers?
Yes - any Olympic bar and plate combination on a deadlift platform or floor.
Why not just tilt the bar?
Tilting 200kg+ wrecks your lower back between sets - the jack saves that energy for the pulls that count.
