The HS-X Biceps Curl is the machine that makes every curl honest: arms braced on the pad, elbows fixed, curling against the 96kg pin stack with no body swing and no momentum to hide behind. What the biceps can lift is what moves - which is exactly why machine curls build arms faster than cheated ones.

Adjustable seat and pad positions line every user up in seconds so the elbow sits on the machine's axis, and the guided arc keeps tension on the biceps from full stretch to peak squeeze. One pin changes the load from warm-up to working sets.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 198kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the other half of the HS-X arm-day pair.

Machine curls vs dumbbell curls?
With the elbows braced on the pad, there's no swinging the weight up - the biceps do all the work at every angle, and the guided arc holds tension through the full range. Most programs use both; the machine is where strict, progressive overload happens without form breaking down.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
