The HS-X Tricep Extension gives the triceps their own station: elbows braced, arms extending against the 96kg pin stack, with nothing else in the movement. The fixed path takes the shoulders and momentum out of it, so every rep is pure elbow extension - the strict isolation that cable pushdowns with a swinging torso never deliver.

Triceps make up roughly two-thirds of the upper arm, and this is the machine that loads them directly - adjustable seat and pad positions line every user up in seconds, and the pin stack scales from warm-up to working weight with one pin.

Built on 11-gauge carbon steel at 209kg with polyurethane pads and premium PU leather, it's the arm-day station built for commercial volume.

What muscles does it work?
The triceps - all three heads, isolated. With the elbows braced on the pad, the shoulders can't take over the way they do on pushdowns and dips.

Machine extension vs cable pushdowns?
The machine fixes the elbow position and the movement path, so the triceps do all the work at every rep - no leaning, no swinging, and heavier loading with total control. Most arm programs use both; this is where the strict, progressive overload happens.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Can I upgrade the weight stack?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
