Why train the lower back on a machine?
Because the free-weight alternatives - good mornings, hyperextensions, deadlifts - all demand technique most members don't have. The seated, guided extension removes the hinge and the balance demand, so the erectors get loaded safely from session one.

What muscles does it work?
The spinal erectors primarily - the columns of muscle either side of the spine - with the glutes and hamstrings assisting. Strong erectors stabilise every lift and are one of the best insurances against everyday back pain.

Is it suitable for beginners and rehab clients?
Very - the movement is supported, guided and scales from a few kilograms upward. As always, anyone training around an injury should follow their practitioner's guidance.

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
