Rows build the mid-back — iso-lateral rows build it evenly. The Raptor TM06’s independent arms let each side pull its own load, so the strong lat can’t cover for the weak one and both sides finish the block equally developed.

The chest-supported position takes the lower back out of the lift entirely: 120kg of 11-gauge steel underneath you, ergonomic seat and grips setting the angle, and every plate you load going straight into the pull.
