Named for the Dorian Yates-style underhand row, the DY row drives the lats and mid-back through a powerful, supported pull. The Raptor TM13 sets you against a padded chest support with angled handles, so the hips and lower back stay out of it while the back does every rep.

It’s a tall, planted machine — 160kg of heavy-duty 11-gauge steel standing 2.14m — with Olympic plate loading that scales from strict technique work to maximum-effort pulling.
