The Raptor Adductor isolates the inner thigh the way no squat or lunge can. Seated with the legs against padded lever arms, you squeeze inward against Olympic plates through a guided arc - strict, controlled and impossible to cheat with momentum.

The adductors do more than fill out the inner thigh. They stabilise the pelvis, keep the knees tracking on squats and lunges, and they're the muscle group behind most groin strains in football, running and combat sports. Training them under load builds the strength that keeps athletes on the field and members squatting deeper.

An adjustable starting width matches the range to the user's flexibility, and the supportive back pad keeps the hips planted so the movement stays where it belongs. Built on a 130kg commercial steel frame, it's made for daily use on busy gym floors.

Adductor or abductor - which one is this?
Adductor. It trains the squeeze inward - the inner thigh. The abductor is the opposite movement, pushing the legs outward for the outer hip and glute medius. They're usually bought as a pair; see the Raptor Abductor.

Why train the adductors on a machine?
Squats and lunges hit them indirectly, but there's no free-weight movement that loads pure adduction safely. The machine lets you train the inner thigh through a full range under progressive load - the way you'd train any other muscle.

Is it good for groin injury prevention?
Adductor strength is one of the best-established protective factors against groin strains in field and court sports, which is why this machine is a staple in club and performance gyms.

Can I adjust the starting position?
Yes - the multi-position start width lets tighter users begin narrow and flexible users start wide, so everyone trains through their own usable range.

Plate loaded or pin loaded?

Are weight plates included?

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
