The adductors - the inner thigh - stabilise every squat, lunge and stride, and almost nothing else in the gym trains them directly. The Legacy Series Adductor does exactly that: seated with the legs against ergonomic cushioned pads, you squeeze inward against the stack through a controlled arc that isolates the inner thigh completely.
The adjustable start position matches the range to each user's flexibility - wider for the mobile, conservative for beginners and rehab work - and the large seat base and backrest keep posture supported through every set. One pin on the 100kg enclosed stack and the station is ready for the next member.
Built on a 3mm reinforced steel frame at 250kg with a silent, low-maintenance pulley system, it's made for daily commercial rotation.

What muscles does the adductor machine work?
The adductor group of the inner thigh - the muscles that pull the legs together and stabilise the hips in squats, lunges and running.
Adductor or abductor - what's the difference?
This machine squeezes inward (inner thigh). The Legacy Abductor presses outward (outer glutes and hips). They're mirror machines, and most floors place them side by side - or see the Legacy Dual Abductor / Adductor for both in one unit.
Why train the adductors at all?
Groin strains are among the most common gym and sports injuries, and weak adductors are usually the culprit. Direct, progressive loading here is cheap insurance - and it finishes the look of the leg, too.
Is it beginner-friendly?
Very - the adjustable start position means nobody is forced into a range they don't have yet, and the pin stack starts light.
Can I upgrade the weight stack?
Yes - on made-to-order builds the 100kg stack can be increased to 140kg at $10 per kilogram. Get in touch to spec it.
Can I customise the frame and upholstery?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products
You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.
Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.
Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.
Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
