The QLI Standing Leg Curl QSLC064 builds strength and stability in the legs by targeting the hamstrings intensely. Its upright position trains the hamstrings across both the hip and knee joints, improving muscular balance and leg stability — supporting athletic performance and helping reduce injury risk in running and sport.

A thick, heavy-duty steel frame with an electrostatic powder coating gives outstanding durability and stability for users of all weights. Premium leather chest, thigh and roller pads keep each rep comfortable, the large footplate and weight settings adjust easily, and uniquely designed non-slip handles keep users balanced while isolating the hamstrings.

Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.
