The QLI Prone Leg Curl QPLC078 strengthens and develops the hamstrings, improving flexibility and overall leg strength. The prone position isolates the lower body to fully target the hamstrings, and the angled design keeps users in a comfortable posture that minimises spinal hyperextension for safe, controlled training.

The leg roller adjusts quickly to suit different body types for proper form, and every pad is covered in elastic, easy-clean leather. Rubber-coated handles on both sides give excellent traction and balance, the heavy-duty steel frame stays stable under intense use, and a built-in plate holder makes weight changes quick.

Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.
