The QLI Standing Abductor QSA074 trains the hip abductors the way they work in real life — standing up. Brace on the large handle frame, set the working leg against the padded thigh pad and drive it out to the side: a flexible cable system carries the movement to a plate-loaded lever arm, so every rep runs smooth, isolated and fully loadable.

Large non-slip foot pedals keep the standing leg planted, support pedals make getting on and off simple, and two sturdy plate holders let you load up in small or big jumps. At 137kg with a 1878 × 1070mm footprint, it's a compact glute station that suits commercial floors and serious home gyms alike.
