The QLI Multi Flex QMF300 is a versatile training station designed for complete development across all major muscle groups. With more than 32 exercise variations, it supports movements for the arms, chest, abs, thighs and glutes, making it an all-in-one platform for a wide range of fitness and muscle-building goals.

The main frame is high-quality steel coated with electrostatic paint for rust prevention and excellent bearing capacity, finished with thick, high-quality leather seats and roller cushions. Weight plate holders are attached directly to the frame, so plates can be added and switched quickly during a workout.

Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.
