The QLI Leg Curl Bench QLCB330 trains both the quadriceps and hamstrings from one compact, plate-loaded bench. Its flexible, adjustable design handles both seated and lying leg curl variations, helping develop the legs evenly while giving every user a comfortable, personalised setup.

The roller adjusts to suit different heights and positions, with smooth, high-quality leather roller cushions that are easy to clean. Dual-position handles give flexible grip angles that reduce wrist strain, integrated casters make it easy to reposition while the base stays solid in use, and built-in plate storage keeps weights organised.

Sold, delivered and installed by Fitness Hero — our Sydney technicians assemble and service QLI equipment, and commercial projects get a free 2D/3D floor plan with every quote.
