The QLI Bicep Curl Machine QBCM060 builds arm strength with a dedicated, plate-loaded curl. The lever mechanism maximises the range of motion for complete biceps development, and the guided path promotes good technique so users can train hard with less risk of injury.

The seat height adjusts to suit every user, and a high-quality padded arm rest gives comfortable, stable support through each rep.
