The QLI Pro-Arm Power Triceps QPATE57 brings control and intensity to arm training. Purpose-built to maximise triceps activation, it delivers a powerful, stable pressing motion along a natural path, with a leverage system that keeps resistance smooth while protecting joint comfort and alignment.
Integrated hand support cushions soften the contact point during each press, and the back support pad adjusts with an easy lever for quick, secure positioning. Three plate positions give constant, light-to-heavy or heavy-to-light resistance, and carefully placed handles and pads reduce wrist and elbow strain during intense sets.

What muscles does it train?
The triceps, through a pressing movement with the back supported.
How do the three plate positions work?
Position 1 gives constant resistance across the full press, position 2 builds from light to heavy for stronger lockouts, and position 3 runs heavy to light to emphasise the start of the press.
Is it Olympic plate compatible?
Yes — load Olympic plates straight onto the weight horns.
What's the weight capacity?
QLI rates the QPATE57 to 150kg.
How much floor space do I need?
The footprint is 1465 × 1423mm and it stands 1406mm high. At 185kg it's a professional install — check access for stairs, lifts and doorways first, and our technician team can advise on delivery and positioning.
Can I order it in other colours?
The QPATE57 is supplied in the black frame and red lever arm shown. QLI offers custom frame and upholstery colours on full container orders made at its factory — contact us if you're planning a large fit-out.
