The QLI Adductor & Abductor Machine QAAM01 trains the inner and outer thighs on one premium pin-loaded station. QLI's Pro-Axis resistance gives five levels that move with the body's natural path, so every rep feels smooth and continuous while the glutes and hips do the work.

A sliding seat sets each user up correctly, the angled backrest isolates the glutes with the lower back supported, and ergonomic grips keep posture locked in. An adjustable range of motion lets users train at the angle that suits them, and the 120kg shrouded stack changes in seconds with the pin.
