The Legacy Series Seated Dip puts one of the best upper-body mass builders into a guided, seated station. The natural downward pressing angle mimics parallel-bar dips - triceps and lower chest driving hard - without the wrist strain, shoulder stress or balance demands of the bodyweight version.

Dual-grip handles allow neutral or angled wrist alignment, oversized arm pads with elbow support keep every rep controlled, and the gas-assisted seat sets up for any user height in seconds. One pin on the 100kg enclosed stack and the next lifter is pressing.

Built on a 3mm commercial steel frame at 273kg with a maintenance-free pulley system, it's a premium arm station made for daily, all-day use.

Primarily the triceps, with strong assistance from the lower chest and front delts - the same muscles as parallel-bar dips, isolated more strictly.

Machine dips or bar dips - which is better?
The machine wins for most training goals: the seated position removes the balance demand, the guided path protects the shoulders, and the pin stack loads lighter than bodyweight for beginners or adds strict volume for advanced lifters.

Is it beginner-friendly?

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
