The Legacy Dual Bicep / Tricep Machine is arm day in a single footprint: preacher-style curls for the biceps and extensions for the triceps, switched in seconds with the adjustable arm pad and rotating handles. Curl, turn, extend - it's a natural superset station.

The rotating handle design lets each user find their own joint-friendly path through both movements, while the arm pad enforces the strict, supported form that makes preacher work so effective. The 100kg pin-loaded stack changes resistance instantly - with 2.3kg add-on plates for the small jumps that arm training lives on.

How does one machine train both biceps and triceps?
The adjustable arm pad and rotating handles reconfigure the station between a preacher-curl position and a tricep-extension position in seconds. Same seat, same stack, opposite movement.

Why preacher-style curls?
The pad locks the upper arm in place, which removes swinging and shoulder takeover - the curl becomes pure biceps. It's the strictest way to curl, and the machine version adds a fixed path on top.

Commercial Grade custom made to order products

You can now design your own custom made equipment to suit your own requirements. Simply let us know the colour or finish you would like on the products and we will do the rest.

Once an order has been placed, your equipment will be manufactured upon request. This process generally takes around 14 days depending on the size of each product.

Once the production is finished, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered to Sydney. Once it has arrived in our warehouse, we will arrange shipment to your location. Prior arrangement can also be made to ship items direct to you.

Estimated start to finish process: 8 - 12 weeks
