Is the weight per pair or per weight?
Per pair. The 3kg option is two 1.5kg weights and the 5kg option is two 2.5kg weights. The 1kg option is a pair weighing 1kg in total.
Which weight should I start with?
If you're new to wrist or ankle weights, start with the 1kg pair and build up gradually once you're comfortable with the movement.
Can I use them for boxing?
Yes. They're often used to add resistance to shadow boxing and kickboxing drills. Keep the movements controlled rather than snapping punches or kicks at full speed, and if you have a joint injury, check with a health professional first.
