The Morgan Square Hand Target Pads help students develop stronger, more precise strikes. The coach straps a pad onto each hand and holds them up as targets for punches and kicks. Because the pad is attached to the hand, it is easy to move it around and change angles, which keeps drills varied and makes students aim.
They are made from 850D ripstop vinyl over 100% Australian-made high-impact, high-density closed-cell foam and are designed for heavy commercial club use. Black nylon web straps with plastic tubing over the webbing form the grip handle, and a Velcro strap and buckle hold the pad securely on the hand.

Can students kick them?
Yes. Morgan designed them for both punches and kicks. For full-power kicks from adults, a larger kick shield gives the holder more protection; see our Kick Pads & Shields.
How do they stay on?
Slide your hand under the web strap and grip the tubing-covered handle, then close the Velcro strap and buckle so the pad sits firmly against your hand.
Are they sold as a pair?
Yes. Morgan supplies them as a pair, one for each hand.
How are they different from focus mitts?
Focus mitts are curved and worn like a glove, mainly for punching combinations. These are flat, square targets strapped to the hand, so they handle kicks as well as punches and suit martial arts classes and accuracy drills.
